Social Purpose Organization (SPO)
The Flaunt It Movement (“Flaunt It”) is a grassroots youth-led artist collective that fosters self-love, highly-esteemed representation and leadership opportunities for women and gender-diverse folks of all intersectional identities. We use the arts, activism and entrepreneurship to create a platform of programs, campaigns & inclusive, safe spaces that represent, celebrate & empower youth to reach self-actualization.
Flaunt-It is unincorporated and operates under a trustee partnership with its organizational mentor, Success Beyond Limits. In 2024, Flaunt-It Movement will likely incorporate as a non-profit organization.
Flaunt It Collection and Flaunt It Studio are separate legal entities from Flaunt It Movement. They are both social enterprises that exist to provide youth with resources and pathways to increased economic opportunities in the arts.
Our Pillars
We use the arts, activism and entrepreneurship to address the following issues. Our work empowers our community's self-esteem, representation and leadership.
Self-Esteem/Self-Love
Non-inclusivity has detrimental consequences. 55% of Canadian girls agree that conforming to such unrealistic beauty standards is harmful to their self-esteem and mental health.
Representation
Worldwide standards on beauty and femininity continue to be discriminative, restrictive, and unrealistic. 90% of the magazine covers hyper-sexualize, objectify and exotify women of colour.
Leadership
We see this pressure and discrimination in women's leadership and work endeavours. 83% of Asian women, 80% of Black women, & 76% of Latinx women admit to experiencing stringent barriers to leadership in the work setting.

"To inspire all women to love themselves unconditionally & with the capacity to hold space plus show up for more women and their communities."
While our programming primarily serves women, it also includes gender-diverse folks such as (and not limited to) femmes and non-binary people (regardless if AFAB or AMAB).
Mission Statement
Provide barrier-free, high-quality and inclusive access to the resources and opportunities needed for our community to become the best artists, activists and entrepreneurs possible.
Flaunt It uses artistic activism & community-building strategies to foster, empower, & inspire youth to confidently create social change. Our work prioritizes supporting women, girls and gender-diverse folks from underserved communities as we help provide the resources and opportunities for them to excel as creatives and leaders.
Our Values
- CREATE inclusive, multidisciplinary and collaborative campaigns that ignite social change and storytelling
- CELEBRATE highly-esteemed representation of Two-Spirited, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer (2SLGBTQ), Black, Indigenous, People of Colour (BIPOC) but specifically women and gender-diverse folks.

Flaunt It Movements works and resides on the unceded and unsurrendered traditional territories of many nations, including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples. Many of our programs reach and engage across T'karonto and Turtle Island.
